LeTugrance is a London-based deep-tech maison redefining architectural surfaces. Born out of advanced material research at the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London, the technology was initially developed as a fully biodegradable, passive microclimate shelter for agricultural use, shortlisted for the Helen Hamlyn Design Awards.
The original system utilised a bio-matrix of straw and wool; the wool naturally absorbed environmental moisture and released it under ambient heat to create a natural cooling and humidifying effect, while the straw structure stabilised the internal microclimate on agricultural territories. After its lifecycle, it safely decomposed back into the soil.
Today, this organic principle of "steam-based microclimate control" has evolved into a patented, high-performance mineral composite engineered specifically for the strict safety, weight, and aesthetic standards of ultra-luxury aviation and maritime interiors.
We use additive manufacturing (3D printing) with advanced mineral chemistry to engineer high-performance, carbon-negative solutions for the future of mobility and high-end exclusive spaces.

Extremely lightweight mineral composite ranging from 0.7 kg/m² to 1.6 kg/m². It perfectly matches the strict weight efficiency of aviation-grade plastic while preserving a solid, premium mineral touch.

Powered by an integrated matrix. Under extreme heat (above 200°C), it triggers an automatic endothermic reaction, releasing chemically bound water vapor for active smoke suppression and structural cooling.

100% acrylic-free and chemical-resin-free. Zero VOCs, zero radiation, and permanent carbon-negative mineral storage. Engineered for full compliance with aviation and marine standards.
