Sustainability Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Sustainability & Carbon Neutrality

LeTugrance Ltd is dedicated to decarbonising high-performance mobility and aerospace cabins through innovative material architecture. We engineer cold-cured, low-carbon bio-mineral composites designed to eliminate petrochemical resins, toxic VOC emissions, and lifecycle waste, strictly adhering to circular economy principles.

2. Equal Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion

LeTugrance Ltd is committed to fostering an inclusive, fair, and welcoming working environment. We provide equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, or background, actively collaborating with emerging engineers, university researchers, and student talent.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Discrimination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of discrimination, bullying, or sexual harassment. All team members, temporary assistants, and contractors are entitled to dignity and respect in the workplace and at exhibition venues. Any concerns or complaints are treated with immediate confidentiality and investigated directly by company leadership.

4. Modern Slavery & Ethical Labour Compliance

In compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, LeTugrance Ltd operates with zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We partner exclusively with ethical manufacturers and suppliers who uphold fair living wages and safe working standards.

5. Operational Environmental Responsibility & Sustainable Practices

Beyond our core material innovations, we integrate daily environmental stewardship across all operations, exhibitions, and design studio activities:

• Digital-First & Paperless Operations: We actively eliminate paper waste by utilising digital documentation at all trade events and meetings. Printed collaterals are strictly kept to a functional minimum using recycled, FSC-certified substrates.

• Circular & Modular Equipment: Our exhibition display stands, sample mounts, and physical demonstrator setups are engineered for multi-event reuse, modular disassembly, and long lifecycle durability to prevent single-use landfill waste.

• Low-Impact Travel & Logistics: We prioritise efficient, low-carbon logistical solutions and consolidated freight for transporting physical samples, prototypes, and laboratory test specimens.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to review and update this Corporate Ethics, Inclusion & Sustainability Policy periodically to reflect emerging standards and regulatory requirements. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
